One page for each thing that goes wrong
Every page here answers one specific problem for a Stanton home, from a backup happening right now to a camera look before you buy. Each one explains what the pro checks, what the options are and what to expect on the call.
Nothing on these pages is a quote. An honest answer about a sewer line starts with seeing inside the pipe, and that is the first step on every one of them.
Trenchless Sewer Repair
Lining and pipe bursting explained: how they work, what the camera must show first, and when digging is still the better call.
Read the pageSewer Camera Inspection
What the camera finds, where it goes in, and how to read the video together, including what is urgent and what can wait.
Read the pageTree Roots in the Sewer Line
How roots get into joints, what cutting and jetting really does, and when the pipe itself needs repair.
Read the pageSewer Backup Service
The first ten minutes, why the lowest drain goes first, and how a main line blockage differs from a failing lateral.
Read the pageClay Sewer Pipe Replacement
Which pipe materials show up in Stanton homes by era, how clay fails, and the choice between spot repair, lining and replacement.
Read the pageSewer Cleanout Installation
Where a cleanout usually sits, why older homes often lack one, and what adding one changes for every later visit.
Read the pageSewer Scope Before Buying a House
Why a home inspection usually skips the sewer line, what a pre-purchase scope shows, and how sellers can use one too.

What it covers
The building sewer, also called the lateral, from the house to the public main: inspection, spot repair, replacement, trenchless lining and bursting, root problems, backups caused by the lateral, cleanouts and pre-purchase scopes.
What it does not
Septic systems, storm drains, water supply lines, sewage cleanup and restoration, and anything on the public side of the connection are outside this service. A stubborn sink drain is its own job too.
Where to start
If sewage is rising, open the backup page and call. If a line is slow and keeps recurring, the camera inspection page explains the first step. Not sure? Call and describe it.
